On-Line Board Meeting March 8-16, 2022
The meeting was called to order by President Angela Willenbring by email on 3/8/2022, sent to Bill
Nelson, Bruce Wessman, Joan Covington, Garry Griffin, Jim McLeod, Kathryn Anderson, and Ron
Kragerud.
Old Business:
Secretary’s minutes taken and written by Bruce Wessman in the absence of Kathy Anderson at the
October meeting were presented and need to be approved. Angela motioned for the minutes to be
approved and Bruce Wessman seconded. Motion passed.
Treasury- Sue Eckes presented the following expenses to be reimbursed: 24 white view binders, 200 #10
single window self seal envelopes, 200 #9 regular envelopes for remittance, 1 box/25 sheets of 30 label
to print return addresses. Angela Willenbring as president approved these as routine expenses for Lake
Association business that is less than $500.
New Business:
Fireworks dates need to be approved. The two choices are Friday July1 or Saturday July 2 with the
following day being the backup day. Bill Nelson made a motion to approve Saturday July 2nd. . Kathy
Anderson seconded. Motion carried.. Fireworks spending at the amount of $5500 was approved at the
October 12, 2021.
Boat parade will be held again this 4th of July. Larry and Kathy Anderson family will again lead the
parade, weather permitting. Boat parade will begin at noon on the 4th and starts at the northeast corner
of the lake like last year. A white and navy Harris Kayot deck boat carrying an American flag will lead.
Articles for the yearly newsletter are due by March 16th for an early May mailing.
Next association board meeting is April 26th at 7 pm at Bruce Wessman’s garage.
The Annual Lake Association Meeting is set for Saturday June 18th.
